Estimate of External Debt of the Russian Federation as of March 31, 2026
According to the Bank of Russia estimate, external debt of the Russian Federation as of March 31, 2026 totaled $308.8 billion, having decreased by $10.5 billion, or by 3.3%, since the end of 2025. Liabilities of other sectors and the banking system declined significantly.
