1 If the interest rate on new loans decreases, the interest rate on previously granted loans decreases by the same amount from the same date. If the interest rate on new loans increases, the interest rate on previously granted loans does not change.
2 If the interest rate on new loans changes, the interest rate on previously granted loans changes by the same amount from the same date.
