Dual-currency Basket

The dual-currency basket consists of US dollar and euro. The ruble value of the dual-currency basket was the operational indicator of the Bank of Russia exchange rate policy from 1 February 2005 to 9 November 2014. The values in the table below are calculated at official exchange rates.
